Tungsten Wire Rope project  In order to meet the requirements of the single crystal furnace industry for the flexible shaft of pulling single crystal silicon rods, Baoji Zhipu Company established a Tungsten Wire rope scientific research team to conduct research and development on tungsten wire rope equipment and tungsten wire rope products. It has successively invested more than 17 million scientific research funds. Successfully developed the first tungsten wire rope winding machine to fill the gap in China, and obtained 3 invention patents and 14 utility model patents. 

The product performance of the tungsten wire rope has reached the international level, and its cost is only half of that of similar imported products, which greatly reduces the production cost of the monocrystalline industry.

Application innovation：
Tungsten wire rope replaces steel wire rope as the lifting soft shaft of the single crystal furnace. It has high temperature resistance, non-magnetic, strong flexibility and excellent verticality, which greatly improves the service life and replacement efficiency of the soft shaft. Tungsten wire rope has become an indispensable key component in the single crystal furnace pulling system.

The tungsten wire rope production technology project has filled the domestic blank; the twisting technology of the roulette wheel train is the first in China; the supporting engineering software has been independently developed. The self-made tungsten wire rope equipment has winding speed adjustment, optical Inspection, computer control, parameter adjustment and other functions；
Process innovation:
In the original 7*7*7 winding structure, independent research and development of 7*19*7, 7*19*4 and other twisting processes; Created a uniform mechanism of tungsten wire rope tension control; Initiated a set of process system consisting of raw material-production-inspection.
